Our Clinical Services
We have the planning tools and experience to help customers analyse the relative performance of their scanning units and devise effective solutions to enhance workflow productivity.
Our data shows us that there are significant variations in the performance of different diagnostic units. Experience tells us that much of this variation is down to the efficiency of booking systems and patient pathway management.
Through our Clinical Services, we work with our customers to identify areas for improvement, for example in reducing the number of ‘Did Not Attends’ (DNAs) through improved patient communication.
We encourage the use of AI-based systems to enhance productivity in areas such as capacity planning and patient pathway management. We also see the potential of AI to reduce the workload for radiographers when producing reports, freeing-up their time for more important tasks.
