• Jo Mundy, Clinical Services Director, formerly of Acacium Group (Xyla), leads clinical governance, patient safety and service quality across UK operations.
• Michael Shields, Head of Service Delivery, formerly of Alliance Medical, brings to the team an extensive experience in delivering services at scale across the NHS.
• Alison Milnes, Quality and Governance Lead, oversees governance and compliance across UK services, with experience in CQC-regulated environments, including roles with UKAS and Nuffield Health.

Under the leadership of Jo Mundy, Agito Medical operates governance processes aligned with NHS standards. The company works collaboratively with partners to integrate services within existing clinical pathways.
